Function definition: (Copy & paste into FileMaker's Edit Custom Function window)

Let ([
    first = Position ( source; start; 0; 1 );
    firstPos = first + Length(start);
    length = Position ( source; stop; firstPos; 1 ) - firstPos
];

    If ( first ≠ 0 ; Middle ( source ; firstPos ; length) )

)

This basic parsing function returns anything between 2 strings.

ParseBetween is exactly what I need. I've been doing it a long way for several years. This will be perfect. Can't wait to put it into my scripts.
