Parameters
Field                  - The field containing the values to be calculated.
MaxLoopCount - The maximum number of records to process ie. (Get(FoundCount)).
StartIndex        - Row index to start processing at. Normally 1.
MeanValue        - Used to store the sum the of the field values.
