Let ( [ DaysToAdd = Case ( DayOfWeek ( theDate) = 7; 2; DayOfWeek ( theDate) = 6; 3; 1)] ; 
Date ( Month ( theDate ); Day ( theDate ) + DaysToAdd; Year ( theDate )) )

Given a date, this function returns the date of the next weekday (i.e., Monday through Friday).
