Returns the number of hours offset from GMT for your location. No more fumbling to adjust for daylight savings as long as the host computer or server automatically adjusts for it, then this evaluation will allow you to determine the offset as needed. Helpful when making REST API calls where the time evaluation is from GMT when making calls from your local computer.
