Calculate number of weeks and days from a given last menstrual period

This function complements the prior one. This will calculate the current length of a pregancy in weeks and days but using the due date (EDD) instead of using a last menstrual period. Assumes an average pregnancy length of 40 weeks (280 days). Again, this is potentially useful in healthcare solutions.
