    y = Year ( d2 ) - Year ( d1 )

This will calculate the number of months between 2 dates. It will calculate negative months if the Date1 is less than Date2.

Wouldn't 7/1/2006 - 1/1/2006 be SIX months? Just saying'.

Unless it was intended to count all included months. Should be more clear about what this is for.
