AddAddHiddenSortOrder ( values ; currentValue )

Adds a number of BOM chars to the front of value lists for use in MagicValueList sorted pop-ups

This is perfectly adequate for most pop-ups, but you could change the Prefix value calc, to deal with longer lists...
