Returns a list of layouts in fileToSearch whose fields contain the searchString.

Used to determine which layouts contain a particular field. Useful for reflective or generic scripting, say to out a PDF of every layout that contains a userID field, for a particular userID: get the layout list, go to each layout, search in the field (using tablename::fieldname), and then append to a PDF.
